The Hugo Wolf Chamber Choir, part of the Cultural Association of German-speaking Women Mostovi from Maribor, traveled to Reșița, Romania, for a cultural weekend celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. Among other things, they performed in a so-called "miniature copy" of the Vienna Theater, located in Oravitz.

Golden Lyre Award to Hugo Wolf Choir
At the Lege Artis international choir competition in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, held between June 1 and 4 this year, the Hugo Wolf Chamber Choir from Maribor, conducted by Aleš Marčič, took first place in the mixed choir category (96.00 out of 100 points). The singers also qualified for the grand prix, where they won and received a Gold Lyre Award.
